Good ideas take time. So do premium tees. Please double check your size because we want to get things right the first time out for the sake of the environment.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days because each piece is made-to-order — not mass-produced in some dystopian warehouse economy. Hats can take 8-10 days.
Once your order ships, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery depending on your location, local carrier speed, and whether the shipping gods are feeling generous.
As soon as your package leaves our hands, you’ll receive tracking info via email so you can:
• refresh the tracking page 47 times
• pretend you forgot about it
• stalk your package like it owes you money
We currently ship within the USA and delivery times may vary during government shutdowns, holidays, protests in your city, elections, or general societal chaos.
At Pollitee Co, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
• incorrect sizing selections
• buyer’s remorse
• accidental late-night purchases
• “my situationship didn’t like the item”
• changing your mind after checkout
